In the event that you must withdraw from the tournament, the following refund policy applies:
- Cancel six weeks prior to tournament start date: Full Refund (minus $25 processing fee)
- Cancel three to five weeks prior to tournament start date: 60% Refund (minus $25 processing fee)
- Cancel zero to two weeks prior to tournament start date: No Refund
