Saturday, September 21st, saw the Pilots take on the Brandon Bobcats. The men's team had a tough outing, falling 5-0 to a strong Bobcats squad. However, the women's team secured a narrow 1-0 victory, thanks to a clutch goal by Serena Negrich in the 71st minute, assisted by Cassie Hoytema. Goalkeeper Blake Foster was the standout performer, making crucial saves to keep the Pilots in the game.
The Pilots rebounded in a big way on Sunday, September 22nd, against the CMU Blazers. The men dominated with a 6-1 win, with Joel Umeh scoring a hat-trick (3', 39', 54'), Mosi William netting two goals (13', 56'), and a final strike from Johannes Barnes in the 90th minute.

The women followed up with an impressive 5-0 victory. Holly Fullerton opened the scoring with a penalty in the 3rd minute, followed by goals from Hayley Mederios (29'), Ava Temple (45', 68'), and another by Serena Negrich in the 65th minute.

The Pilots end the third week of MCAC regular season with the men tied for 2nd place (3-2-1), and the women tied for 1st (5-1)!!. They will continue their MCAC soccer action next Sunday September, 29th on the road against USB Les Rouges!
