"It has been an incredible privilege to lead the women's basketball team, and I am incredibly proud of the players, staff, and alumni who have made our success possible. While I will miss coaching the team, I am excited to help guide the next chapter for Providence athletics."

Joel Coaching Beyond his accomplishments on the court, Joel's dedication to developing leaders of Christian character has been central to his coaching philosophy.
